Paul has worked with many start-ups and established companies to develop and execute growth strategies, secure funding, and build high-performing teams.
Brenda has led and scaled a software development company in the network communications industry from start up to global enterprise and successful acquisition. She is familiar with the many challenges faced at each stage of a company's lifecycle. Brenda holds a CPA designation and has worked with many small and medium enterprises (SMEs), for both product and services. She is passionate about helping organizations reach their full potential, to create long lasting value and sustainable competitive advantage.
Andre has over 30 years experience as a former CRA Industry Technical Advisor (ITA) for the SR&ED program and has advised businesses on the technical write ups for thousands of SR&ED claims. Andre leverages his in depth understanding of the SR&ED program from the CRA perspective to ensure claims capture critical information and withstand scrutiny.
Darryl is an Ontario business lawyer and registered trademark agent with over 15 years experience in corporate, commercial, and intellectual property law. From assisting entrepreneurs with launching new start-ups, advising on IP protection strategies, licensing, to corporate reorganizations prior to an exit, Darryl helps clients succeed at all stages of their business.
